By downloading or using ScaleIt, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Game and educational content

ScaleIt is an entertainment and educational estimation game. Object dimensions and facts are general references and may be simplified or vary by specimen. They are not professional, scientific, medical, safety, or engineering advice.

ScaleIt PRO

PRO is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited sessions and removes ads for the Apple ID used to purchase it. Prices are shown by the App Store before confirmation. Billing, refunds, and payment processing are managed by Apple under its terms. Use Restore Purchases to recover an eligible purchase.

Acceptable use

You may use ScaleIt for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not interfere with the app or its services, bypass purchase or ad systems, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, or use the content in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Availability and changes

We may fix, update, change, or discontinue features to maintain the app, comply with law, or improve the experience. Online services such as ads and purchase restoration may occasionally be unavailable.

Disclaimer and liability

ScaleIt is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
